In association with Amazing Apprenticeships we have invited a select number of employers to take part in our inaugural Apprentice FlightPlan Skill-builder Programme launching this Autumn.  

We are offering 4 organisations the opportunity to enroll a cohort of apprentices onto our ground-breaking mental fitness programme at a discounted rate.

 

Over 12 weeks your apprentices will receive 6 sessions of self-leadership coaching and mental skills training to increase their capacity for handling the stress, challenge and emotion that comes with being an apprentice.

The content of this programme has been tested and refined over the last 5years, supporting hundreds of apprentices to raise their game and succeed.

 

For the first time, we are putting all of our skill-builders into one programme especailly designed for apprentices and we are excited to see the results!

We will be collecting baseline measures of work readiness, resilience and work self-esteem and these will be retested at the end to quantify the programme outcomes.  You will receive a report post-programme and we welcome your feedback for future developments.
