PROGRAMME SUMMARY

AWARENESS BUILDING

Aim = to shift from thinking in terms of ‘mental health’ to ‘mental fitness’

We introduce mental fitness as an essential part of career success; drawing similarities to how we manage our physical fitness and exploring what it takes to 'step up' to new challenges and opportunities.  Delivered as a half day workshop.

SKILL BUILDING

Aim = to shift from knowing you ‘should/could’ to knowing ‘how’ & doing

Over 12 weeks, participants receive weekly digital content that develops the mental skills, habits & resources needed to effectively adopt FlightPlan thinking to overcome any setback/difficulty faced. 6 x bi-weekly group coaching sessions offer the chance to explore further & set personal goals.

HABIT BUILDING

Aim = to harness & maintain the momentum gained via the 12 week intensive Ongoing access to digital resources & support via a monthly newsletter. 3 x quarterly group coaching session to review progress & address arising issues.

Option to include individual coaching as standard and/or provide reflective journals for continued self-learning.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Aim = to address & support emerging issues in real time

This is offered on an ‘as needed’ basis with bolt on coaching packages & group workshops that target arising challenges.

Career FlightPlan is a 4-step mental fitness approach that has been designed with recognition that change isn't linear and people need different support at different times depending on their readiness levels (Prochaska & DiClemente, Stages of Change Model).  By embedding specific thinking skills we prepare everyone to be ready for all that comes with their career journey.
