When you board a plane to a new destination there is a natural mix of excitement, trepidation and nerves. Risk is unavoidable and turbulence unpredictable. A successful, enjoyable flight is made possible through careful planning, monitoring & quick responses. Journeys are rarely in a straight line and are never made alone.

A flight-plan is a real time journey map that clearly outlines roles and responsibilities of all involved. It opens eyes to what is possible, what is probable and what is avoidable - based on the plan, the right decisions can then be made.​  Having a plan evokes a sense of safety and trust which reduces fear and enables new heights to be reached.
